Jon and Sue Koning, Fish On Parkyn continues to be one of
the Sunshine Coast's leading restaurants. Specialising
in fresh seafood and set amongst the Mooloolaba fishing
fleet at the end of the Spit, it is well positioned to take
advantage of the abundance of fresh seafood. Many
varieties of reef fish, famous Mooloolaba prawns, swordfish,
tuna, scallops, Moreton bay bugs, mud crabs, sand crabs,
spanner crabs are available from the wharfs adjacent to
the restaurant. Barramundi is flown in fresh from
North Queensland, as is the salmon from Tasmania.
